Real-Time Alerts 

Real-Time Alerts from myBTRmoney & Online Banking

myBTRmoney and Online Banking are updating to include real-time alerts which allow you to customize how you receive notifications about your accounts.  
  
With real-time alerts, you can:

• Monitor account balances and activity
• Get deposit and withdrawal notifications
• Control security alerts
• And much more

To activate real-time alerts, login myBTRmoney and select "More" from the main menu.  Then, tap the new "Alerts" title and select the type of notifications that will help you most.  You can also login to your Online Banking account and create the alerts.

If you do not have myBTRmoney, simply download it from the app store for your device.  

IMPORTANT:  Customers who utilize the notifications in online banking will need to establish real-time alerts on or after February 4, 2020.  The updated Online Banking with real-time alerts will not support the previous notification feature.
