Your Banking Upgrade: Updates & Reminders

Mark your calendar for May 13! We’re excited to introduce you to a better online banking and myBTRmoney experience.

 We’re upgrading our electronic banking systems to better serve you! Below are a few important reminders to help you prepare and know what to expect before, during, and after the upgrade.

Important Items to Note:

  • Make sure your contact information is up-to-date. That includes your telephone number.

  • Save login credentials in a secure location.

  • Plan payments ahead of time to avoid upgrade downtime. (NOTE: There will be a brief window when new payments cannot be made, although scheduled payments will still process. That downtime is estimated between May 11th and May 13th.)

  • Any recurring internal transfers you currently have set up will carry over as is. Once the new system is live, if you would like to make edits, you will need to set up your transfer again and delete the old one.

  • External transfers and history will not be transferred. You will need to print or save a copy of your history for your records before the upgrade, so you can set these up again in the new system.

  • Mobile push alerts will not transfer. We suggest that you log in to myBTRmoney and make note of your current alerts before the upgrade. When the update is complete, alerts will need to be set up again.

  • Any card controls that you currently have set up via “Cards” within myBTRmoney will not be transferred. Card controls will need to be set up again in online banking and myBTRmoney.

  • After the upgrade is completed, you will need to update your myBTRmoney app. You’ll simply open myBTRmoney to be directed to download the new mobile banking app.
