uChoose Rewards for Debit Cards is Retiring

uChoose Rewards is Retiring from our Debit Cards*

Effective December 31, 2022, your Bank of Travelers Rest debit card no longer earns uChoose Rewards points with each use.  This is only for Bank of Travelers Rest debit cards.  Credit Cards issued through Bank of Travelers Rest will continue to earn uChoose Rewards points based on their usage.  

So what does that mean for debit card customers who still have uChoose Rewards points balances?  

For Debit Card ONLY Customers- Customers will have until midnight on March 31st, 2023, to spend any unused uChoose Rewards points associated with their debit cards.  Any unused points will expire at 12:01 am on April 1, 2023.

For Debit Card Customers WHO ALSO Have a Visa® Credit Card- Debit card customers who also have a Bank of Travelers Rest Visa Credit Card may roll any unused debit card uChoose Rewards points over to the uChoose Rewards point balance associated with their Bank of Travelers Rest Credit Card.  Customers may contact our Customer Support team starting on January 9th to request any unused uChoose Rewards points associated with their debit card to be rolled over to those tied to their credit card.  Any unused points, or points not requested to be moved between January 9th and March 31st, 2023, will be automatically transferred to uChoose Rewards for credit card point balances in April 2023.  

*Not all Bank of Travelers Rest debit cards that are registered on the uChoose Rewards website have rewards point balances.
