We appreciate your banking relationship with Bank of Travelers Rest!  When our doors opened over 75 years ago, they did so under the mission of providing outstanding financial service. One way that we believe we can do that is to listen to the voices of our customers.

We regularly ask customers to provide feedback based on transactions and interactions with our staff. We conduct surveys that provide a valuable gauge on our service quality and identify gaps where we can do a better job. We have engaged Customer Service Profiles (CSP), a third-party company that adheres to industry privacy practices to protect your personal information. CSP and Bank of Travelers Rest have a long history of working together to monitor customer experiences.

CSP may send you an email requesting your opinion. The email is on behalf of Bank of Travelers Rest. We encourage you to take part in this survey. Answer the questions and give us your opinions so that we can identify ways to better serve you.
