eStatements

Simplify your banking

Sign up your Bank of Travelers Rest accounts for eStatements and add privacy to your account data.  The statements will be received thru a secured online banking login. 

Bank of Travelers Rest will even reward you for doing your part to protect your information.  For each account you enroll in eStatements, we will put $10¹ in your Bank of Travelers Rest Account. 

Other Benefits of eStatements include:

• Receive your statements through your secure online banking
• Manage your statements without having to keep up with paper statements
• View statements from anywhere that internet access is available
• View up to 24 months of statements

How do I enroll:

• Login to online banking
• Select "Profile" in the top navigation menu
• On Profile page, select eStatements
• Select the account(s) to enroll in eStatements

Accessing eStatements

Once you enroll in eStatements, an email will be sent to the email address on file.  The email lets you know that your statement is ready to be viewed. To view the statement, login in to your online banking and click on the account and then select "Documents" on the account page.  If you would like to change the email address where the email is sent then go to "Profile" and select Email and change the address.

¹Bank of Travelers Rest will deposit $10 into each transactional account signed up for eStatements up to three accounts for a maximum of $30 eStatements credit.   eStatement deposit credit will be given within the first 90 days following eStatement enrollment. This excludes HSA accounts.
